Well, yesterday, me and Katie got a surprising but pleasant mail.

On the envelope, some chinese words were printed on it and there was " AMITOFO CARE CENTER""on the upper right, and below, with a blue pen, Katie's name and mine were scrawled there.

Well, it made me really curious to find whats inside. I mean, why would some Amitofo Care Center send ME and KATIE an envelope? SO, to find out the answer, we tored open the envelope and pulled out two slips of paper each with an African child's picture and her/his full data.

Huh??

What???

I tried to think for a while, i mean, its really weird to receive a not-really full data of a child who's living in a poor village in Africa when he has nothing to do with me...

Wait.... he does have something to do with me! Yes i remember it now~

I remember, 2 or 3 years ago, i've seen this thing on the TV about millions of poor families in Africa, there were millions of orphans . And they had also shown the millions orphans looking dirty and bony , crying, looking hungry, etc, their sight made a few tears streak down my cheek.

There were millions of them, most of them had AIDS. Well, i wanted to help them.

So mom helped me and Katie send the money we donated to help 2 orphans, a child for each me and Katie. Well now, i almost forgot about this!i never knew the name of the child i adopted and helped. But now, i know!

Here's the slip of paper sent to me~ ohh lala~

Ok, i know its a bit blurry so let me just type everything down:

Well, Katie got a girl who's older than mine by a year. Her name's......er i think Mphato Chamalenda if im not mistaken? Sadly, she has AIDS.

But well, after receiving this letter, i dont really know how to say this but the feeling of having to know that you've given someone a GREAT help is a great feeling.

yes, there are many kind hearted people who had also donated and helped an orphan but dont u know that there are still MILLIONS of orphans who still needed a HUGE help?

Yeah, the point of that sentence is to support you guys to donate an orphan too.
