breath on the posture.

so yeah, you remember about my unlucky spine problem?
well if you dont, i was bornt to have a 'S' curved backbone since i inherit it from the peeps in my momma's sidee.
it turned out that if i didnt use those weird creepy hanging thingy and um theraphy thingy, i would have a realllllyyyyy curvy uglyy spine and it would make me shorter.
ughh no way, im already unhappy with my height thank you very much.
and i found out yoga would be a good solution for me..
well not really solve the problem but it would do a really great help... yay....

so mom was nagging me to join her in her really boring yoga lessons...
okay, not really boring but i dont like how i was the shortest and little-lest human there and the lamest to tell the truth.
i cant do any single thing the instructor told us to do perfectly..
yeah i know, nobodys perfectt blablabla, but falling off the yoga ball sideways when everyone was calmly sitting is 100% different.

and it is sooo hot in theree.
i also feel stupid just watching the other expertly follow the instructor when i failed...eventually..
HAHAHHAAHHAA.

but anyways, the advantage is that the instructor found moi a new easier method to straighten my backbone and it has something to do with the giant yoga ball ( yayy)

and then he used his strong hands and pressed my backbone until um, bones crackling sound effects were heard...
and it was dangg painfullllllll i tell youuu
ughhhhh..


so moi gotta go, im going to hunt for that yoga ballll
